Returns & Exchanges
Meeka does not exchange or refund for changed of mind, we only exchange or refund on faulty items, No exchange or refund applies to gift vouchers, sea sponges, plant based products or International orders. For faulty items refund, the item must be posted back to Meeka Pty Ltd, at the customers expense and must be accompanied with a valid receipt, All returns must be made within 7 days from purchase. Where the product is unused and still in its original packaging Meeka Pty Ltd will investigate the return and determine if a refund or an exchange is given. Refund or exchange will be given to the customer the same method of payment as the initial purchase.
Where the product has been used, NO refund or exchange will be given. Meeka Pty Ltd is committed to its obligations to consumers under Consumer Law. Each request for an exchange or refund will be dealt with on its merits in accordance with Meeka Pty Ltd’s legal obligations.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons Sea Sponges and Exfoliating product cannot be returned.
To pay for your order, we accept credit card, MasterCard or Visa & Afterpay. For security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.
From time to time, we will reward our customers with special promotional offers via email. These offers are available for a limited time only and expire on the date communicated. Promos cannot be combined unless specified. Upon checkout, please be sure to enter the promotion code exactly as it appears in the communication. We offer Free Registered Shipping for all orders over $120 Australia wide only, If you require Express Shipping you will be charged the extra $10. To Receive 'Free Shipping' it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. In compliance with Australian law, all prices are GST inclusive. Meeka Pty Ltd is not liable for any import duty or taxes for international shipping. If Duties and Taxes are not paid by the customer and item is sent back to us for this reason, item will not be posted back to customer nor will it be refunded or replaced. International orders, customer takes full responsibility to pay all taxes and duties that may be incurred.

Our goal is to deliver your order to you in the most timely fashion possible. The majority of orders ship within two business day of order placement and take 7-10 days to arrive via Australia Post Shipping or via Fastway couriers within Australia. International orders can take up to 18 days to be received after being posted. International posting charges goes by weight of 500g , 1 Kg, 2 Kg & 3Kg satchel bags.
